Do you print on real film?
Yes! We only use official Polaroid and Fuji branded film.

How do I make an order?
1: Choose your film style in the store and upload your image with the photo upload tool.
2: The photo upload tool will ask you to crop your image to fit your film.
3: Add to cart and process your payment.
That's it! Once payment's been made, we print your photo on high quality, authentic film within 48 hours.

How do I order multiple prints?
For multiple copies of the same photo, upload your image once and select the number of print copies you'd like. For different photos, upload each image separately and add them to cart individually.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the personalised nature of our products, unfortunately we don't accept returns. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll resolve it as soon as possible.
